Stress and anxiety recovery coaching for players and staff.

We offer TRT coaching for players and staff living with stress and anxiety. A training camp near Oliva Nova can be the setting, but the anxiety may have nothing to do with sport. Individuals can enquire about private coaching; organisers can ask about access for their squad or a group format. This is anxiety recovery coaching, not sports training.

The service

What TRT coaching involves

TRT is structured coaching for stress and anxiety recovery. The aim is greater stability and wellbeing in everyday life—not better scores, selection or sporting technique. The work uses the Human Stability Framework.

  1. 01

    Start with your anxiety

Your coach begins with what you are experiencing, what you want to work on and any support you already have. This helps establish whether TRT coaching and the proposed format are suitable for you.

  2. 02

Learn the framework with your coach

Your coach explains the biological threat response and how attention, interpretation and behaviour can keep it active. They introduce the TRT framework and agree practical areas to work on with you.

  3. 03

Use the guided steps in everyday life

The coaching supports your use of structured materials or exercises, with questions and adjustments as part of the work. Sport may be part of your life, but your anxiety need not be caused by it.

One-to-one sessions can be arranged via Zoom, FaceTime, or in person at Oliva Nova or nearby.

When you get in touch

What to tell us.

Tell us your dates, group size, ages, working language and location. Say whether you're considering a group conversation, a private route for individuals or both. Please don't send players' personal histories on their behalf.

We'll discuss whether coaching is suitable, how we might meet and the cost before anything is agreed. We don't provide medical or psychological treatment.

01

Group-based coaching by arrangement

A club can enquire about a group format using the TRT framework. We'd agree the purpose and suitability with the organiser first. It is not a squad assessment, and a group setting should not require players to disclose private concerns.

02

Make it possible to speak privately

A player dealing with panic, intrusive thoughts or worry unrelated to sport can contact us directly. We discuss privacy and its safety limits with them; the club doesn't automatically get a report of what they say.

03

Don't forget the staff

A coach or welfare lead might be carrying their own stress while supporting others. They can ask about coaching for themselves; we aren't there to assess individual players for the club.

04

Work out the practicalities first

Share your camp dates, group size, age range, language and planned location. We can discuss whether online or an in-person arrangement is possible, how people would enquire and what it would cost. Nothing is booked at Oliva Nova by contacting us.

Start with your situation.

Use the form to share what you'd like to ask about. We'll check what is suitable and available, then explain the next step, location and cost. No particular result can be promised.
