Stress & anxiety coaching Sports-tour operators & group leaders

Sports-tour operators & group leaders · TRT Therapy

Stress and anxiety coaching enquiries for sports trip organisers.

If you arrange sports tours, club travel or group stays near Oliva Nova, you can ask about TRT stress and anxiety recovery coaching for players and staff. Your role may be to coordinate the trip rather than provide welfare care. This guide explains how to introduce the option responsibly, gather practical details and keep individual concerns separate from the group booking. We do not arrange travel, accommodation or training facilities.

The service

What TRT coaching involves

TRT is structured coaching for stress and anxiety recovery. The aim is greater stability and wellbeing in everyday life—not better scores, selection or sporting technique. The work uses the Human Stability Framework.

  1. 01

    Start with your anxiety

Your coach begins with what you are experiencing, what you want to work on and any support you already have. This helps establish whether TRT coaching and the proposed format are suitable for you.

  2. 02

Learn the framework with your coach

Your coach explains the biological threat response and how attention, interpretation and behaviour can keep it active. They introduce the TRT framework and agree practical areas to work on with you.

  3. 03

Use the guided steps in everyday life

The coaching supports your use of structured materials or exercises, with questions and adjustments as part of the work. Sport may be part of your life, but your anxiety need not be caused by it.

One-to-one sessions can be arranged via Zoom, FaceTime, or in person at Oliva Nova or nearby.

TRT coaching does not provide a medical diagnosis or replace medical or psychological care. No recovery timeframe or sporting result is guaranteed.

When you get in touch

What to tell us.

Tell us whether you are a tour operator, club trip organiser or group leader. Include dates, group size, ages, sport, working language, planned accommodation area and who leads welfare for the group. Say whether you are exploring an optional private route or a group format; do not forward travellers' medical records.

We'll discuss whether coaching is suitable, how we might meet and the cost before anything is agreed. We don't provide medical or psychological treatment.

01

Introduce the service accurately

Describe the option as TRT stress and anxiety recovery coaching, not sports psychology, mental-performance training or a way to guarantee results. The coach guides people through the TRT framework and practical steps for recovery and everyday wellbeing. Playing sport does not mean a person's anxiety is caused by sport.

An organiser can introduce the enquiry route without deciding who needs coaching. For example, a traveller might want to ask privately about panic on a journey or persistent worry away from home. These are possible reasons to enquire, not accounts of previous clients or a promise that coaching will suit every situation.

02

Separate travel coordination from personal support

Confirm who can discuss the timetable, who is responsible for welfare, and who would agree any coaching arrangement. A tour operator may coordinate logistics while a club welfare lead handles participant concerns. For a mixed group, do not assume one organiser can consent or make personal decisions for everyone.

Give adults the option to contact us directly. You can share the dates and general purpose of an enquiry without collecting their diagnoses. Do not forward a traveller's personal story or health records as part of a routine itinerary or group booking.

03

Leave realistic space in the itinerary

Travel delays, early training and evening group activities can leave little time for a private conversation. Share the likely schedule and ask what might be possible before offering a coaching option to the group. An online conversation also needs an appropriate private setting, connectivity and time away from other activities.

For an in-person enquiry, give the area where you expect to stay and ask whether an arrangement is available. Mentioning Oliva Nova does not establish access to its facilities. Venue permission, location and the coach's availability must be discussed; we have no resort or tour-operator partnership to claim.

04

Check language and safeguarding before promoting an option

Coaching is currently offered in English, even though the website has draft translations. Ask whether participants can comfortably understand and take part in English before planning a format. Native-speaking support in other languages is coming soon; do not advertise it as available or promise interpreter-supported sessions without an agreed arrangement.

For youth trips, involve the responsible adults and the club's safeguarding lead from the outset. Consent, supervision and safeguarding must be agreed before any work with under-18s. Do not invite children to send personal information through the website form.

05

Do not add unconfirmed coaching to a travel package

Until suitability, availability and practical terms are agreed, describe coaching as an option to enquire about rather than an included or booked part of the trip. Ask about the proposed format, costs, who would pay, what is being agreed and what happens if the itinerary changes. Do not collect a coaching payment or promise a session on our behalf.

Use your normal providers for accommodation, transport, training space and travel cover. Our coaching enquiry does not book any of those services or endorse a particular venue. If support cannot be arranged for the trip dates, avoid suggesting that availability is guaranteed.

06

Keep welfare and emergency routes in place

A group still needs clear contacts for medical help, emergencies and safeguarding concerns. TRT coaching is not an emergency service and does not replace clinical assessment, medication advice or injury rehabilitation. Explain the group's existing routes before travel rather than relying on a future coaching arrangement.

Staff travelling with a group may also want support for their own stress and anxiety. They can enquire in their own right. If someone wants to ask about ongoing support after returning home, an online enquiry can be discussed separately; no follow-up programme or recovery outcome is automatically included.

Start with your situation.

Use the form to share what you'd like to ask about. We'll check what is suitable and available, then explain the next step, location and cost. No particular result can be promised.
