Before you book
Confirm accommodation, training space, transport, meals and the rest-day plan with each provider. Ask who is responsible if a booking or travel connection changes. We don't arrange or endorse venues.
For visiting teams · TRT Therapy
We offer TRT stress and anxiety recovery coaching for players and staff, not camp bookings or sports training. This checklist helps organisers visiting Oliva and La Safor plan welfare contacts, rest and a private route to coaching. Someone may arrive with anxiety unrelated to sport; don't treat every concern as a performance issue.

The service
TRT is structured coaching for stress and anxiety recovery. The aim is greater stability and wellbeing in everyday life—not better scores, selection or sporting technique. The work uses the Human Stability Framework.
01
Your coach begins with what you are experiencing, what you want to work on and any support you already have. This helps establish whether TRT coaching and the proposed format are suitable for you.
02
Your coach explains the biological threat response and how attention, interpretation and behaviour can keep it active. They introduce the TRT framework and agree practical areas to work on with you.
03
The coaching supports your use of structured materials or exercises, with questions and adjustments as part of the work. Sport may be part of your life, but your anxiety need not be caused by it.
One-to-one sessions can be arranged via Zoom, FaceTime, or in person at Oliva Nova or nearby.
Read how TRT works ↗TRT coaching does not provide a medical diagnosis or replace medical or psychological care. No recovery timeframe or sporting result is guaranteed.
When you get in touch
Share your dates, age range, group size, language and planned location, plus the support your club already has. Say if you want to discuss a group conversation or private enquiries; don't send players' medical histories.
We'll discuss whether coaching is suitable, how we might meet and the cost before anything is agreed. We don't provide medical or psychological treatment.
Confirm accommodation, training space, transport, meals and the rest-day plan with each provider. Ask who is responsible if a booking or travel connection changes. We don't arrange or endorse venues.
Write down your healthcare cover, emergency contacts, safeguarding lead and how to get language help. Tell players who they can approach privately, whether their concern is about sport or something at home.
Leave some unscheduled time rather than filling every hour with training and group activities. For under-18s, agree supervision and parent or guardian contact arrangements before travel.
Ask us about a discussion for staff, a group or individuals. Share dates, numbers, ages, language and the location you're considering. We'd check suitability, availability, privacy, location and costs; we're independent of the local resorts.
For camp organisers
What a club can ask about for players and staff, and what we need to plan it.
Pre-season
For new arrivals, selection worries or anxiety that was there before camp.
Mid-season & winter camps
Sleep, home life and mid-season pressure don't disappear on a team trip.
Use the form to share what you'd like to ask about. We'll check what is suitable and available, then explain the next step, location and cost. No particular result can be promised.
